Had a wonderful experience with Loudoun Stairs! We have a 25 year old home that needed a stairway refresh to modernize the look. We didn’t want to replace the actual stair steps, but just the rails and balusters.. Our sales representative Brandon, was terrific. He worked with us to find the right solution within our budget. He even arrived with the installation team to make sure all of the materials were correct. Ambika, our project coordinator was friendly, very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. She made sure that the custom stain they created to match our existing floors and steps was perfect. Jarrett the lead installer was very conscientious and helpful. I’m going to use some of the custom stain that they created for me to touch up the stairway steps to match

Great customer service. After my initial request for an estimate, process was timely. Brandon visited my home two separate times to be sure the stained sample perfectly matched the existing railings in my home that were only installed on one side of the stairways. Experienced crew completed installation in no time. Completely happy with the service and installation. Now I have railings on BOTH sides of my stairways.

We just had the best experience with Loudoun Stairs that we have had with any company in a long time! We were given Loudoun Stairs name from a friend after contacting 3 other carpenters/companies with a request to install a 2nd handrail so that my husband with mobility issues could maneuver going up and down our stairs. All 3 of the companies contacted didn’t return our call or give us an estimate. Quite a different experience with Loudoun Stairs! Loudoun Stairs did a phenomenal job installing my stair railing. They are responsive, on time, very meticulous, and the finished product looks beautiful. They were also able to match the stain of the rail to my floor perfectly. I highly recommend them!
