I called on Saturday, said they could help Monday and was very polite asked to send pictures for a quote. After doing so my messages have been left on read, not a single text back after shooting a couple more text.

Requested a quote and followed up on several occasions since last September concerning lawn service, while the gentleman initially seemed interested. A lawn service quote was never provided and followed up was never conducted. I provided pictures and my address on at least two separate occasions as well. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t take the time to address this issue, but in my opinion the 4.9 rating is not justified because that is not the experience that I have received. If the company did not want my business that’s all that needed to be stated and not waste my time.
