This is a long overdue post about the great work Franco and his team at Louis Sebastian Contractors did for us. We moved in 2021 into a cape style house that was built in 1960. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues that we needed to address -- one of which involved the fireplace and chimney. We decided to convert the fireplace from wood burning to a gas insert. This necessitated re-bricking the hearth so that we would have the proper non-combustible clearances. We needed to add some height and width. We contacted Franco in September, 2022 and he worked with us and provided insight as to the best way to proceed. Louis Sebastian Contractor does superior work. We had very old stucco failing on the exterior of our house, some of which fell off in a big sheet. I watched Franco & Michael attack the problem - the solution was superior. I then asked them to repair crumbling (badly) steps to our driveway. The steps look brand new and I am confident the work will outlive me. Additionally Franco & Michael show up when they say they will; they are totally focused on the job; and they clean up at the end of the day. Again, the work is superior. Highest recommendation.

Excellent craftsmanship, quality and customer service. The owner, Franco, is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of masonry and concrete work. A+ communication. A local company you can trust to do the job right, without question. Franco is on the job every day as well working with his crew, which gives even more confidence knowing everything is being done above and beyond. Highly recommended and would hire again.

Franco and his team did a wonderful job repointing several portions of our brick exterior. They were efficient and thorough, making sure to repair every area they found with broken or missing mortar. The work was done very neatly, and everyone was friendly and easygoing throughout. Our house now looks much better as a result of their skilled masonry work, and just as important, we can see that the structure is stable and secure!

We highly recommend Louis Sebastian Contractor for masonry projects. Recently, Franco and his crew repointed our blue stone patio. We had a fantastic experience! Upon calling for an estimate, Franco answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. We did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back. During the inspection of the patio, Franco took time to determine the work to be done so there were not hidden surprises or expenses. He explained how various issues with the patio, due to age, would be addressed. The estimate for the repairs was fairly priced. Franco and his crew were very meticulous with their work and cleanup.
