My husband I worked with Jon and his AMAZING team to rebuild out place after a flood. Never have I worked with such a great team. Their work is impeccable and they don't claim to be able to do everything. If they can't do it though, they sure as heck know someone who can that meets their standards. I could not recommend them high enough.

Loutezenhizer Construction did an extensive remodel on our bathroom, installed electrical throughout the house and painted the majority of the space. The workmanship is outstanding, the crew is knowleable, and office staff helpful and detail oriented. The final punch list happened immediately. We had an outstaning experience and would recommend them for any project.

We used Loutsenhizer for a renovation of 3bd/2ba home, including demo/construction of walls, drywall, paint, kitchen and bath remodels, paint, flooring. We are VERY happy with the process (all of it) and with the results. This company is top notch, dependable and reliable, and they do great work! If you want quality, professionalism, timeliness, dependability, and value, then don't search any farther. This team has done several projects in my home and all of my expectations were met and beyond. I won't hire any other contractor.
