If you are acting as your own general contractor, you cannot do better for yourself than hiring Lovaz Excavating for your project and having Leo Lopez provide you his expertise. This was my first time doing a project of this size for myself. I wanted a 30'x50' metal RV garage built on a concrete slab with an 80' asphalt driveway on my 5 acre property. I contracted for surveying, engineering, geotechnical support, and worked with the county for all permitting. After selecting my metal building contractor, I called Leo's company for an estimate after seeing the many positive reviews he had on Google and Yelp. The last two atmospheric river storms caused a lot of flooding in my shop. I needed to have a French drain installed, and I contacted several excavation contractors for bids. All of the bids were way over my budget with the exception of Lovaz Excavation. I’m so glad that I chose them to do the job. Leo and Diego did an incredible job. I’ve only lived over on this side of the mountain for 5 years, and it has been hard to find good people to do a variety of jobs. I’m glad that I chose Lovaz Excavation do my job, they are dependable, reasonably priced, hard working, clean up after their work, and just really a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Leo and his team are the best! They are courteous, on-time, have solid prices and they did great work. The had to re-grade my yard and fix a drainage issue in a basement stairs area. It looks amazing and they fixed my drainage issue! My stairs also look better than before. I would definitely hire them again!

Leo and his team handle our project with understanding and expertise of team seasoned. We had a unique requirement of laying a slab under an existing structure and with Leo's recommendation we poured a new perimeter foundation first. The slab pour was then tied in with rebar. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work done.

We were looking for bids for several excavating/trenching and grading jobs. Reached out to Lovaz and we arranged a time for them to come out and take a look. Had a nice conversation with Leo about what we generally need and timeline. A short time later he provided us with a detailed description and "ballpark" cost of several individual projects. We were pleased with his attention to detail, responsiveness and a cost that seemed very reasonable. We'll be reaching out to schedule work once we have our start date.
