Love Energy Fuel Services

I first started buying heating fuel/oil from Love Energy after another company that I had been buying oil from for years failed to deliver a week after I put in a request. This was during an extremely cold weather spell. I called Love Energy once I realized that the other company was a no-show. They delivered the oil the same day. The word “Love” is exactly how I have been treated when dealing with Love Energy. They have treated me with kindness and excellent service in all the years that I have been a customer. Than you Love Energy.

Love Energy has really great customer service. I spoke to Aaliyah about my delivery timeline and she was fantastic ! Pleasant to speak to, prompt on my delivery details, fair pricing and they answer the phone. This is a great local business and the people care about you! I don't get my fuel oil from other providers.......get it delivered wth LOVE. 5 Stars.....no joke.

I have had some great experiences with this company. Everybody- from receptionist, to owner, to the men who deliver- are extremely kind and professional. They are fast and efficient. The issue that I had with this company was the form of payment. In December, a coworker of mine got me a money order for Christmas. She knew money was tight since my dad passed earlier this year and thought she was doing something nice for me by getting me a money order for oil to keep warm this winter. On their website MONEY ORDER IS A FORM of payment but unfortunately they do not accept that. False advertising is an issue, but not big enough for me not to return. I really love these genuine and kind people and will continue to use them.- Just wish they'd fix the website so nobody else ends up in the same sh

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Instead of a normal business calling the customer if an issue takes places. I shoveled the areas they have previously used, including where the oil goes. I waited the entire day yesterday and called about 10 times leaving multiple voicemails to make sure they were still coming and to let them know I had shoveled the areas they needed so they could have the easiest access. I have two children under the age of 5 and its cold, so I wanted to make sure everything was set to ensure my kids had warmth. I looked last night to see that I was charged but never received the oil. I called this morning and was told by someone named Judy as well as the OWNER that they drove by multiple times to check if I had shoveled. Not only that, they were looking at an area they h

Positive experience today, as they were able to help me in a crunch when I completely ran out of oil. The woman taking incoming calls was very kind and explained everything in detail for me. The man that came to fill the oil and prime the system was also very nice. I will use them again!
