Whoever is responsible for putting the kids activity together each month here does an amazing job. I have been to several other Lowe's locations and they pale in comparison. They clearly care and put effort into making it organized, look nice and genuinely enjoyable. I'll drive the extra distance every time

I had come on here and put 1 star and I had time to realize it was out of anger but I had time to think clear and realize know telling who is at fault here clearly not loews....but making a 500+ dollar purchase and inside the box it being filled with bricks would make anyone mad especially if you realize the store is closed but whoever did it added the bricks to give off weight in the box which was clever and worked but it was cleary done without loews knowing...the important part was today, The real customer & store test began and they didnt disappoint. They worked with me, Allowed me to get another one with tools in it and not bricks.....so because of how helpful they were and understanding they deserve full stars ...Thanks loews and Thank you Vicky the manager as well as the 2 lady's a

Item priced wrong and they acted like it was my fault. They would not honor the price posted. This after waiting 20 minutes for help and they sent someone that knew nothing about tools. Not the first time at this store either.

Yeah nah this place is just not that good I would rather eat all the mulch in there then actually go back and speak with the workers

Zero stars if I could give them that. Still waiting on a washing machine that has not been delivered. Buy your appliances elsewhere. Lowe's customer service is a joke. Every time I call to get an answer, I get told that the warehouse has 24 hours to get back to me, which means another day gone and still no answer on why my appliance hasn't been delivered. I've always been a huge fan of Lowes and would drive past the competitor to go here, never again and will never recommend your store again.
