An excellent lumberyard. Bathrooms are on the front wall beside the checkout registers. Well stocked with all categories of tools & accessories. Best of all, there are plenty of assistants. They seem pleased to see you. & happy to help you. Getting help to find the right item, & locate it in the store is often a problem. Lowe's has been really good at motivating its people for good customer service. This is a major reason to buy your home improvement supplies here.

Lowes just let $2500 walk out the door because of rude, unprofessional employees. I went into Lowes at 414 Constant Friendship Blvd today looking for a solar powered generator which was unavailable online and I also wanted to check on ordering an electric shovel which I knew was not in the store. So before I went to look for the generator, I passed the customer service desk and I stopped to inquire about ordering the shovel. The customer service rep who I spoke with was named Trae and as we were talking another associate named Hassan walked up and started talking to Trae and completely cut me off mid sentence. I was raised properly so I waited while rudely interrupted and as I waited, a male customer walked up to the desk and Hassan turned and ask the man if he needed help. Now Im insulted

Five Stars for Shannon and Quintin! If you want to know what real customer service looks like, go see Shannon and Quintin at this Lowe’s. We’ve dealt with them over the last week and the experience was night and day compared to other retail encounters. Shannon (Returns) is a powerhouse—she helped us research flooring and called multiple stores to track down what we needed, all while handling her own area flawlessly. Then, on Jan 2nd, Quintin (Flooring) blew us away. He didn't just point to a shelf; he trouble-shooted our issues, made creative suggestions, and stayed fully engaged throughout the process. Amazing experience at Lowe’s Abingdon! Mr. Warren was my product counselor and went above and beyond helping me find everything I needed for my son, who’s a mechanic. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I had the right items. At checkout, Ori was an absolute delight — she even danced with me as I was leaving! What a fun, positive experience. Bought the giant Bumble for $500. Spent over 2 hours putting it together. The strand of lights he holds in his hands are not lighting. I called to replace the strand only to be told if I didn’t disassemble to entire thing and bring it back, I was out of luck. Poor customer service. Could have been easily fixed. Don’t buy the Bumble. Don’t shop at Lowe’s.
