Trinity from this location went above and beyond with her services! Wonderful helping with self checkout, help with availability of items, listened with my reason to go to Lowe's and helped with a solution. If you have a person who is the manager in charge of hospitality this worker would be #1 on my list of people for the job.

My 80 year old mother hired Lowes to install a new privacy fence, with 2 gated areas, at the back of her property. They told her that she had to pay, in full, when she hired them. The fence was supposed to be installed in the spring. Nothing. The local store said that they couldn't help and that she couldn't get her money back. No one seemed able to tell us where she . could find out the information about what was going on. Several months later, in Sept.,she heard that they were coming. They were at her house for a couple of days, installing posts. Then, they disappeared. They were supposed to be back in 2 days, and again...no one seemed to know what was going on. So woke up on a Saturday to zero water coming out of ny kitchen faucet. Drove to the Adrian Lowe's and waited 10 minutes for someone to help us. Susan came over and immediately made the situation so much worse by insisting we needed a Lowes credit card and told us repeatedly to Google how to fix our problem. We have zero family support up here so having someone repeatedly try to force a credit card on us and not offer anything constructive made me literally see red. Brad from plumbing we found later when we almost walked out of the store empty handed helped us find what we needed and kindly gave us a plumbers number. But Susan from outside lawn and garden is really making yall look bad and not customer service focused.
