Absolutely the worst experience. I ordered flooring on 12/30/25 and was told it would be available for in-store pickup on 1/3/26. After receiving no communication from Lowe’s, I contacted the store on 1/4/26 and spoke with two representatives in the flooring department. The first representative said he would check with receiving, then returned to say the order had not arrived. The second representative stated that they “always have issues with orders arriving on time” and informed me the flooring would not be available until 1/5/26—a full 72 hours late. I questioned why, knowing they do not receive deliveries on weekends and frequently have delays, this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I called and spoke to a manager regarding returning 2 generators. Austin told me that I was able to return them since it was within 30 days of purchase and I confirmed that they were unopened, but one did not have plastic straps as I did not receive it with plastic straps. He told me to bring them in. I confirmed he would be working on the day we were bringing it in being that we had to drive over an hour an to get to the store. We arrived at the store and the customer service lady confirmed with me that he was working, she called him to confirm my story before telling me to unload. Typically this store offers reasonable product variety and service. However, I I highly recommend against the use of online order/store pickup at this location. I ordered 5 pen lights to pick up at the store. Instead of simply picking up the items from the service desk, codes and bar codes must be acquired to be used in unlocking a locker to retrieve the items. After retrieving my package I discovered only 1 of 5 items was shipped. Although I was refunded the amount of the items, no offer was made to immediately replace them with alternate available options. Overall, ship to store doesn't seem to be a good option from this location.

Well stocked, helpful employees, and they give a 10% discount to veterans! We are there probably once a week. My wife loves their well-stocked houseplant section and can easily spend an hour there to buy one plant. And I like the fact that right next to that section is comfortable outdoor furniture!

I generally love Lowe's but they (probably like everybody) has staffing issues. When you buy major appliances and have to go back for help, you expect someone to be able to help. Pointing to the correct aisle to get what you might need is not help. They have most everything I need but nobody to help me with those needs. It's frustrating. The weekends are better. But this is midweek. Maybe because it was at lunchtime.
