I have been looking for a gold faucet for my bathroom and had went to several stores and had no luck. Then this very kind gentleman John S solved my problems. Extremely professional , went to great lengths to help me find exactly what I wanted. He went way beyond what I would have expected. Please make sure how much he was appreciated. Sue❤️

Very happy!! Rada was amazing she helped me open Lowe's credit card, also make a purchase of my first snow blower!! She was grate and made every step smooth and easy. So thankful. Thank you and i would definitely suggest the altoona location to all, great workers who love to help all.

Purchased a new stove and fridge Black Friday. Went twice and both times not only wasn’t asked if we needed help, but had to actively go search for employees to help get the order done. Decided to have the appliances delivered. It was a 6 day wait, which is fine but still a bit late on wait. First time the attempted to deliver they were two hours later than the time frame they gave us but sent a text that they were on their way. We hauled the old fridge away in that time, and about 20 minutes later they told us they were cancelling the delivery due to incoming weather (it did start snowing about an hour later and would have totally understood had it ACTUALLY BEEN SNOWING at the time). We call customer service and they can help until the fridge has actually been delivered…which can’t happen

My fiance and I stopped out to look at appliances for our new house on a Tuesday evening. We approached the washers and dryers and met Paul who promptly greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything. Paul was soo helpful and explained the differences between the brands/ models etc. After the washer and dryer were selected we then moved onto refrigerators and again Paul was knowledgeable and friendly while I changed my mind many times! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul to everyone and look him up again when we are back at Lowe’s.

The nice thing about lowe's the paint department. They have crylon oil based paint.That is tintable. But for this place is really, really tough to find a tentable oil based paint. Well, their prices are higher.Getting what you want is well worth it.
