Walmart Supercenter

It’s a pretty nice Walmart, a bit busy at around 8pm even at customer service with three employees working. Otherwise everything was easy to find, lots of room, clean, no police in the parking lot & plenty of parking. There’s a Subway inside & not to far is a Dollar Tree which is nice.

Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. We had an online order that was literally never delivered. Called corporate, the agent said they didn't have drivers available at that store but were "looking for one". If you can't complete a order someone made online, instead of leaving them hanging, just cancel the order. Or call the customer and apologize and offer pick up. I tried to the call th store and NO ONE in any department bothered to answer the phone. Seriously, what???

I picked up my groceries tonight and the gentleman loading them noticed my milk had opened. He let me know and then ran inside to get a replacement within a couple minutes. I'm so grateful he noticed to save me the mess and an extra trip to the store.

Customer service is terrible at this location. Tried returning a iPad that quit working. We purchased it in November along with a 2 YEAR protection warranty. I had the digital receipt that clearly stated I didnt need the box. Acted like I was trying to scam them or something even though I had all documentation, besides the coveted box. Make sure you keep all your boxes from wal mart in case you need to return a item that has a 2 year prote ton warranty otherwise youll throw all your money away. They claim they cant verify the order yet they sold me the 2 year protection warranty.

The guys over by the pharmacy side at 12:20pm on 10/31/25 needs to learn how to take a no thank you when someone doesn't want to show there receipt and be more professional. He wasn't taking no for a answer and told me I'm suppose to show it. I'm not dumb I don't have to show anything after I pay for it. Do better
