Menards

I am a card carrying Menards DIY kind of guy. This time I really needed help finding a kitchen sink. I nice fellow name Randy went above and beyond to see that I found the model my wife desired. Product aside the people usually make Menards special. Thanks! I'm attaching the picture of the new sink I put in yesterday.

Sherri at the paint department was amazing and color matched the paint we needed so fast! Truly the friendliest person I have ever met!

I recently had a disappointing experience with the front desk manager, Brandon, at Menards. After having my card stolen and used for nearly $10,000, I reached out for assistance in obtaining copies of my receipts. Unfortunately, I do not have the physical card since it was stolen, but I was hopeful that there might be a way to retrieve the receipts using the card number. Brandon’s response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, he offered no solutions or alternative ways to obtain the information I needed for court. I found it very frustrating and disheartening. I expected better customer service, especially during such a stressful situation. I hope the management can address this to improve the experience for future customers seeking help

Called ahead about a pick up and asked where to pick up. Ed advised the front desk. It was here and available. When we arrived. We were advised. “We don’t do that. Go at back”. Took another 20 minutes to locate Then was advised at check out gate they had no record. Circled around. After 45 minutes we picked up our door

Clean and organized store with lots of help. I always appreciate the variety of products from hardware to food items. I find the staff always willing to help.
