Lowe's Home Improvement

I'm not a fan of self checkout which is taking over there. One person on register checked me out but no friendly hi/bye, where is the customer service here? Also, was planning to purchase a seasonal clearance item and price was wrong but cashier didn't care to fix or get assistance to fix.

Meh... 1 young man is always very knowledgeable and helpful, but I always forget to get his name. Ill get it next time. Thanks, lower your wood finish prices and stock gator sanding products only. Just my opinion. Thanks

I went to the store in Altoona to get 200 feet of quarter round trim. They only had 11 pics. In the store, and told me they had more outside. I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it inside, only for them to tell me they wouldn't unload it to get what I needed. Needless to say, I pushed my cart into an isle and walked out. Upon walking out the door, the man and woman were sitting in the office chit chatting at the lumber end of the building. Screw you Lowes! I will never return! I then went to Home Depot where I was greated at the door and they helped me with my filling my entire list of needs exceeding a $500.00 sale. Congratulations Home Depot, you gained a new customer!

This is actually 0 STARS! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST!I have never received as poor of customer service as I did tonight at the Altoona, Pennsylvania Lowe’s store. We were purchasing a storm door for my 87 year old father. We were trying to use 2 - $50 gift cards when Donna came to help. She scanned the first card and it took $50 off. The other gift card was older and Donna could not get the card to go through, so she reached behind the self checkout and turned the machine off. She said to go to register 11 and she would help us there. When she rang up the door and swiped the gift card it said “Insufficient Funds”. Donna then asked for help from someone else who did not help at all. After about 15 minutes waiting for the $50 to be returned to the gift card she said that I needed t

Nothing exciting or exceptional.. it's a Lowes. They always have good prices though.
