I had an excellent experience while shopping at Lowe’s. The store is clean, the variety of products is very good and the associates are helpful, professional and friendly. The associate who helped me (Tay) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the product I needed and trust me, that wasn’t easy. Definitely will continue shopping here and highly recommend this store.

Came in for some 2×4s and as Im loading up my cart, Jeff and Troy asked if I needed help; which I did. They loaded up the fork lift and brought my materials to the front. They made my life a lot easier today. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

As long as they use Synchrony financial for their Lowe's credit, I am not longer a customer. They can decide to close your account with no notification at any time. You are then caught completely off guard without warning when you gonto purchase something at the register. I have had an account in good standing and even recently purchased a new washer and dryer paid off in full. It was really appalling when I called into question their costumer service who could barely give me an apology and only went on to tell me sir if you didn't receive the notification we will mail you one now. Its just upsetting and unsettling. Home Depot never does this to their customers.

Juventino, I hope you read this and my email I have sent and hope you address the issue with Sylvia at self checkout and Sheryl-Ann who was semi part of it as she just wanted to insert herself. I purchased 4 items from this location, a huge door, and 3 door related items. SYLVIA thought it was a logical idea to CHASE ME out the store and ACCUSE me of stealing! She then proceeds to GET IN MY FACE and begin saying “what are you gonna do about it” x4 as I tell her she better get away from me. As I’m about to leave because I’m choosing to no longer involve myself, I see 2 VERY concerned employees just EYEING ME DOWN from the door. I so then get off the car and ask SHERYL ANN if she is SYLVIAS manager. Mrs Sheryl then proceeds to tell me “you need to come inside yo talk to me” so I oblige. I s
