Carpet services review- The carpet itself is great quality, and we were happy with the product from Lowe’s. Unfortunately, the installation contractors were extremely careless. During installation, they scratched every baseboard throughout the house. Now we’re left with double the work and extra expense—we have to carefully protect the brand-new carpet with tape all around the rooms just to repaint the baseboards, and some areas may need to be painted twice to fix the damage properly. This completely defeats the purpose of hiring professionals. Installation should not create additional repairs in the home. Lowe’s needs to seriously reevaluate the contractors they use, because this level of workmanship is unacceptable.

This is the kind of Lowe’s that cares about the customer’s experience. I’ve shopped at a lot of Lowe’s across the country and this one wins. Kyle and Linda are standouts in making sure you’re getting taking care of. They always have lumber carts and flatbeds available in the aisles. There’s no searching the parking lot to find a cart, they’re always ready for you inside, which makes a huge difference in the winter.

My mom is now fond of plants and I decided to just gave her a few of it and of course pots just to have it place and for it to look better in her house. I do not have a store in mind other than Lowe's and I went in here earlier this week. The place is very clean and organized. I went there at night and there is still much people that time inside the place. The layout is easy and I got to find the selections of the plants, pots and all that I needed to buy easily. I just randomly picked the plants I bought and I chose those that I haven't seen in her home. but when it comes to the pots, I got a little hard time choosing which to buy because everything seems pretty and cool. Well, they have everything and it is a nice store and the staff working there are very friendly and helpful. I'm giving them 1 star because they have 0 cash registers open with staff working, ringing up your items , ZERO!!!! I am NOT a cash registered person, and I have ZERO training on running that. And if you're gonna make people do that and take away jobs, you should give the customers no less than 20% OFF all their items they purchase. WHAT A SHAME.

We bought a new refrigerator from Lowe's and everyone that worked with us was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Jay, the manager even gave us an extra discount and free delivery because we were purchasing the model on the floor. The delivery folks, AJ and Luis were really nice and they were also very careful in getting the new fridge in. They had to move a few things out of the way, but they put them back in place when they finished putting the new fridge in. Thank you for making this process a smooth and stress-free experience for us!
