Jimmy and Lisa are the best of the best for customer service. I came to pick up my freezer we ordered online. However , my item wasn’t ready for me to pick up. This is my fault, because I didn’t check my email. Lisa is very nice, she said no worry. I will come in check for your order and bring it out right now for you. I know they are busy,this time a year for holidays but she was sweet kind and taking care of me right away. Both Lisa and Jimmy were helpful to bring a heavy freezer in my car. Both of them very professional to take care of the client. I have very good experience with Lowe’s. Thank you very much for everything.

Asked an employee named “Regan” for help unlocking a cabinet for me and he made a passive aggressive comment by implicitly stating “people like me steal, that’s why the drills are locked up.” Keep in mind, I am a 5 foot small, petite Caribbean woman. The assistant store manager Brittany told me she would handle it and apologize on his behalf… we will see about that. UPDATE: A friend came back to this store the next day and Regan WAS STILL WORKING THERE. My friend made small talk with a black employee there and mentioned the incident I had with Regan the night prior. The black employee stated that he also had a RACIST encounter with Regan and management doesn’t care and is racist too. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY.

I bought a set of appliances today from Lowe’s in Stone Mountain. I checked Lowe’s cumming Lowe’s Buford and this was the only location that worked with me to price match item prices, warranties, and delivery/installation to Lowe’s.com. Huge shout out to manager Jason, and team members Elvis and Christian for all helping in this process. Great customer service guys!

A consistently bad experience. People are unhelpful... If u can find them at all. This past week I went in to get some lumber and they had carts full of lumber, literally blocking the aisles. Took me 40 min to pick up the lumber I needed for a deck project because I had to work around the nonsense in the aisles. Took pix of it and asked for the store Mgr on the way out and showed it to the guy who said he was the asst Mgr told me it was unacceptable and that he'd have his peeps there to address it. *TOLD HIM* I had taken the pics to post a Google review and decided to show him instead. Forgot a few pieces and had to go back the next day and guess what? Was exactly as I had left it 24 hours earlier... No one had touched it. I've attached the pix for your viewing pleasure. I purchased an generator for my 80 year old mother so she would have a way to stay warm if she lost power in the winter storm. I tried to return it in the 48 hr windows as soon as the roads were ok to drive on. Because I was 40 mins outside of the window they would not accept it. I had no idea they held you to the exact hr you purchased. I will definitely not use lowes in the future. Worst customer service ever!!
