This location has great staff! I had a list of items in my basket on the website that I was using to look up the locations, but I believe I got approached 3 times in my 5 minutes run by staff asking if I needed help to find anything. Even the lady at the self checkout was super friendly. I have been in Oregon for the last 30 years so the return to Midwest hospitality was just beautiful. Thanks, everyone!

OTR: Truck Route: enter from Annie Baxter Lane. Overnight parking onsite.  Receiving Open:  Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm.  FOLLOW scheduled appointment time.  May unload / load early on same day appointment.  Busy location. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver.  Good lighting at this location. The bathroom is available during store hours. have Hi-Visibilty vest.  Pets allowed. Next to Walmart and restaurants for groceries.

I used to love having a local Lowe’s but after a recent matter I’m pretty irritated. In the summer we bought several gallons of Sherwin Williams paint because of a really good cash rebate. We sent in all of the recites and rebate forms, then they requested them again, then again. It’s been almost 6 months and still nothing. The reason I’m even writing this now is I noticed I have a couple of fixtures in my garage that need replaced. Usually I would just swing in Lowe’s and pick them up…. not now I’ll order them from Amazon. Do better Lowe’s or I’ll happily shop elsewhere.

Used to have awesome experiences with this lowes. We have built 2 houses in the past 5 years and have used them for a lot of what we needed. One of them within the last year. Tried to return a few little things the other day and was told it eas "policy" they couldn't return them. A couple items were a year old which I understand. The other two items was purchased within 30 days. Should return any of the items. It's very irritating with the money we have spent with them over the year that they can't return around 100.00 worth of stuff. So needless to say the last purchase I made with lowes a week ago will be my last. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Best Lowes in Carthage. Staff is nice, outdoor section is very nice with seasonal as well as year round great items. Lumber is generally very good, sometimes it takes a little picking around. Fair prices and always willing to help you out.
