Southwest Heating & Air

Southwest Heating and air is the best. Furnace went out Sunday night. Jeff was able to be here Monday they found a part on Tuesday and furnace is working again. We have used them for past 30 years.

Our a/c went out yesterday - bad timing, with the August heat bearing down. I've used SW Heating for years and have always been happy with their service, so I called them first thing this morning. They didn't let me down. Jeff worked us into his morning schedule, found and fixed the problem, and did a routine service check & cleaning. Our house was cooling back down by noon. The fee was entirely reasonable. I can easily recommend SW Heating & Air.

I just recovered possession of my properties after a nasty will contest and this person was using this company for HVAC . A tenant had a problem with her AC not cooling the house . The man went to the property , didn't listen to the tenant when she told him ' there is cool air blowing from under the house ' . Instead he cleaned the air filter .Then told her ' there's nothing more I can do ' and left . He also refused to go under the house to check the ducting ( which was the problem ) .Two days later the tenant called to complain about the AC .I went there the next morning and fixed the problem myself ,the ducting had follen off of the vent ,Took me about 15 minutes to fix . Terrible customer service , unprofessional and I'll never use this company again . Yesterday I had a blower motor

Came out to the house within 15 minutes. Got the heat back and runnin in no time. Friendly and professional service. No complaints at all.
