I was disappointed as my appointment time was 3-7. I'd moved a bunch of furniture also. Voicemail at 6:25 saying on the way. (I was home so I don't know why I didn't get actual call.) Turns out technician was hour away and didn't start till 7:30. I couldn't reschedule due to time commitments. Really disappointed with this visit.
I hired Stanley Steemer to clean a family member's carpet, drapes, couch, and tile, and grout- everything turned out fantastic. Highly recommend these guys for fast and professional service.
I'm absolutely very satisfied with the fast service and the young man who did the job was awesome. I have already referred to other people! Definitely will use for all my carpet needs! I was glad to support a family owned business as we are also family family owned! Thank for a great job done great!
We had our tile and grout cleaned by Gary in Joplin, and we amazed. We were about to replace it and Gary saved out grout and sealed it. Thank you!
