It seems Lowes is going to make their customers us the self check-out whether we like it or not. There was 6 self check-out lines and not one cashier. If we are to use the self check-out then we should get the employee's discount. I just left my cart and walked out.

UPDATE: I am updating my review because the installers did a phenomenal job. The crew arrived on time and the communication with their team was great. The Lowe’s team can definitely do a better job at making sure that the customer is informed prior to attempting deliveries, especially with materials that if left outdoors can be damaged by rain or snow. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Horrible experience with doors installation. The communication is extremely poor with the store and the company doing the installation. Save your money and prevent the stress of working with such an inexperienced team. It’s a waste of time calling and taking to some many people to finally get the issue resolved. The most irritating experience I’ve ever had with buying an appliance. I walked into the store in colonie because I was in the area and saw the stove I’ve been wanting on sale. Afraid to miss a sale I asked the sales associate Dennis if it was possible to have them deliver the stove to Kingston NY or would it make more sense to order it online and have them ship to to Kingston. He told me that it was more than okay to have them deliver it, it didn’t matter how far it was and it was only going to cost $53 to have them deliver and install it. He tells me they will contact me within 24-48 hours. Days go by with nothing. Finally 9 days later I receive a call that the stove is ready for pickup by installer but that the delivery is out of their range and they are going to have to charge anothe

Mike G. Was very friendly and helpful to us. He came to us quickly, explained the sale promotion thoroughly and we were on our way within a half hour. And the Mike that checked us out was also friendly and checked us out with no problems. Also, another associate was very helpful hooking us up with Mike G. Very positive experience in this store.

If you chose to install your appliance, you may experience a heap of frustration. I bought a new oven from them and paid for their third-party installation by CSRT. The good news is that the guy that finally installed thing was a true professional and did a great job. The bad news was that installation occurred after CSRT scheduled and cancelled last minute four times. What was worse was the lame excuses they made for doing the installation. The first one was that Lowe's wasn't open when they when the went to pick of the oven. The second installation was cancelled because the technician assigned to the job didn't feel competent to do it. Third time, the driver got sick. The fourth time, the installer went to Lowe's but they said they didn't have the oven. Turns out the did, but didn't kno
