I’m honestly really upset with Lowe’s right now. I bought a brand-new Sky Rider Goldfinch drone the SAME day it got lost because it disconnected and flew off on its own. My brother and I were so excited to use it, and we didn’t even get to enjoy it for more than a few minutes before it was gone. We went back to Lowe’s hoping they could help us or at least guide us on what to do, and they basically told us there was nothing they could do. No replacement, no support, nothing. I walked out feeling like they didn’t care at all, even though the product failed on day one. I expected better customer service from a big store like Lowe’s. I left with a controller, goggles, and packaging — but no drone and no help. Really disappointed. I’m going to Home Depot next time.

Went to get materials to rebuild grandmother's bathroom and bedroom where mold remediation was done. Went to get wall paint and the paint guy was very condescending i guess because I'm a woman i didn't know what i needed. But I've done this work for my own business for over 6 years. Not to mention he didn't even mix up the 5 gallon bucket so I spent a good 15 minutes mixing the paint color in myself. Everything else was great. But wouldn't recommend using the paint counter here.

They need to mention deliveries and truck entrance (road is very narrow and make drivers think it might be restricted road)

I love Lowes, prefer it over Home Depot...Really nice customer service girl was wandering the floor assisting customers. I went in to buy a roll of Christmas lights, got a great deal- on sale and saved $5. They also have a great selection of Christmas wreaths at really good prices. Love Lowes!!!

Do not waste your time going to the Conyers location. You have a bunch of incompetent people working in customer service. They do not price match the products with the online prices like the other Lowe’s stores. I went to two different Lowe’s locations to purchase a product I wanted, and the prices were matched with the online prices in their stores. Conyers' location was the only location trying to charge me the full price when the product was supposed to be price-matched. It shows they do not know their job or they care less about doing what is right for their customers.
