Today’s experience highlights a significant gap in customer service. Unlike competitors that allow customers to request assistance directly from their phone, assistance at this location was extremely difficult to obtain. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and repeated requests to nearby employees, no associate provided assistance in the lumber department. One employee stated they did not know and walked away. Two others asked me to “give them a moment” and said they would find someone, but no one ever arrived. After waiting more than 30–45 minutes, I was forced to purchase a full piece of lumber and cut it myself because no associate was available to assist with cutting services. Don't get a load out when it is not in season you will wait FOREVER. When you call while waiting to try and speak to a manager they are busy in a meeting(1/19). I refunded my money and gladly went to Tractor Supply. Yes I paid more but was in and out in 10 minutes and not waiting 30 minutes for a load out. If this was the first time is one thing. I have had this same problem 3 of the last 4 times.

This is the second time I've done a pick up order. The first time I sat in my car 45 minutes waiting for my order. This time 50 minutes. Never again. And the associate on the phone when I called the last time said the guy who was doing curbside was busy. This is why I will continue to drive 20 more minutes to Home Depo.

Love Lowes!! I have had such great luck with the plants and flowers that I have bought from here!! They all look so beautiful and they have lived for years now. My husband buys all his Kobalt tools from here and he loves them. Never had any issues with them.

Building big house in Elkwood area. 20-25 minutes to 6 different Lowe's/Homedepots. Came here first. Had misfortune to ask young male w/ wild hair in blue vest for help. He chose to be extremely rude, wouldn't offer any help when asked, not even to get someone else over to help. Would've just left had it not been for Lilly who went out of her way to make everything right. SHE is why I'll come back. That is how good customer service creates loyalty.
