I love it we bought Chairs and tables and they have good stuffs for decorating your home i just think it pretty expensive but still great service

This location already has on-site security cameras, but it seems they have recently installed two "Flock" cameras to the parking lot. Why this location feels the need to use an additional private security firm to install cameras that have had multiple privacy leaks, as well as accusations of tracking citizens is beyond me. As a customer that does not make me feel safe, and also makes me feel like I am being unlawfully monitored. The owner of this property chose for them to be installed, and should not be trusted within the community.

Workers are disrespectful want to have conversations on the floor amongst themselves but when you ask for help they don’t wanna come. Had an issue with two white ladies one taller one shorter should have got names! One finally came over I pointed to the dryer I wanted for purchase she scans the washer tag and tell me that’s what I pointed to and that she doesn’t work in this department she was very rude! We left our money spends anywhere we don’t have to deal with rude employees!

Online ordering is great. I did curbside but decided to go in the store. It was easy to change my order from curbside to in-store as I was checking out with other items. I highly recommend Lowe's of Decatur Alabama

I went to Lowe's for a new project I have just begun doing. I'm painting furniture. The guy at the paint counter walked me through the kinds of pain I would need for the different kind of wood I wad painting. The employees are always eager to help you pick out the correct product you need. They also have the best colors to pick from in their paint department. The cashier, Heather, helped me with the self checkout when I couldnt figure it out. She was very courteous and offered to help me get my stuff to my car. I would highly recommend Lowe's for any home improvement projects you have around your house.
