I got some money for Christmas, so I came in and got some potting soil and a bigger pot for my cactus. I repotted her recently (I tried to make her not lean but she leaning) and she's growing better. Had a slight scare, though, because some of the parts of the cactus were bent when I took it out of the original pot it was in. Sad when I also had to go to the dollar store for gloves because theirs were too expensive for 1 pair of gloves.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christian at Lowe’s is always super helpful. He has assisted me numerous times with finding exactly what I need, and he’s consistently polite and professional. He’s even taken the extra time to help me with a few projects, making sure I purchased the right items to get the job done correctly. Outstanding customer service every time, Christian is a true asset to the store.

My husband, father in law and I bought some fence paneling and other equipment to repair our fence at Lowes this morning. We were impressed and grateful at all of the amazing help we had. Thank you so much!

Bought a stove and had delivered on January 17, 2026. Your trucking company was hauling away. My old stove decided to drop it and break glass in front of the street in front of my house. Didn’t bother to tell anybody that they broke glass. My daughter ran it over had to replace two tires and loads his refusing to pay and so is the trucking company for those tires I’ll never shop at Lowe’s again. I may not even pay off the rest of the balance of my credit card. This is definitely poor customer service. And I called your 800 number and that was a farce So I’m just disputing it on my credit card and I am not going to pay the bill since you guys don’t want to care about your customers I thought Lowe’s was better than Home Depot but I guess not from now on I’ll be shopping there. Buyer beware

We just moved to the area and have literally been there twice. Our first experience involved buying a “new” riding loan mower that arrived looking like it survived a nuclear apocalypse: rusted, seat torn, damage throughout. Strike 1. Our next experience involved the simple request of obtaining some food grade 5 gallon buckets. I needed 5, they had 2 down in the stock area. My wife noticed them up on a shelf. We asked if they could get them down, they said it will be 2 hours. Strike 2. Asked to speak to a manager, “I am the manager.” We were waiting standing by patiently to be helped in paint. Employee rudely toned, “Can I help you?” Us: We just need some help finding stuff. Employee: Can’t you see I’m with another customer? Us: Yeah, that’s why we were standing here waiting, quietly.
