Bought a dryer. Lowe’s subbed out my delivery to a contractor that doesn’t speak English. First the delivery contractor disrespected me over phone because he failed to find the house. Once he got there he disrespected me and my family and refused to install. Kept trying to hand me a his phone to speak to someone. When I made the purchase I typed down my own address. I asked about every single detail before placing this order in Lowe’s. “Stiven” approved every single detail when I asked in store. This is the professionalism Lowes provides. They refuse to give information about their subcontractors. You can work for Lowe’s and go use faul language at customers and have no consequences. Great professionalism.
My wife and I went to Lowe's on Wednesday November 26 to purchase a side by side refrigerator was to be delivered on Friday the 28th we paided for the install and also the extra 50 for removing the old refrigerator . Friday the delivery people showed up we were told that he wouldn't connect the water line because because it wasn't metal so I shut off the water in the basement and took the line off myself then the driver said the screen door had to be removed to get it through the door I said that is fine I was told that they couldn't do it even though I asked when we purchased it the door had to be removed the salesman said that was what we paid the extra for to bring it in and set it up so I was going to take the door off myself they told the refrigerator out of the box on the truck and i
I’m a pro member of Lowe’s I order lots of stuff from my local and sometimes Lowe’s online send items to my doorstep since my location doesn’t have them but I had a lot of problem not only this Lowe’s but generally most of them including Lowe’s headquarters They even really don’t know what they have in their inventories. Online says yes they have one or two but when you drive to location oops we don’t have even though I called them to make sure whether they have or not .Associates are literally don’t know many things such where is the item or how to do return . This location supposed to send my item same day delivery option but instead they hold my item and made me drive to them ! I paid for it they didn’t even refund or apologize anything I feel like they don’t even want to work since cas
I went to Lowe’s to exchange a propane tank. I paid for it then waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me. I decided to get a refund after waiting that long. The person working the refund counter explained to me that the person who works outside sometimes can’t hear the pages. I don’t fault the employees for this. It’s a bad system to have a single point of failure. Assigning that task to one person and not utilizing and type of communication system besides paging inside the store. Technology is a wonderful thing and a multi-billion dollar company should be better. Disappointed.
⭐☆☆☆☆ We visited Lowe's in Delran and received wonderful assistance from a staff member named Roz and a manager while placing an order for a door. We were informed that the door would arrive on Monday; however, it never shipped, and the order was canceled without any communication. To make matters worse, we were charged a delivery fee without receiving the item or any prior notification regarding the cancellation. This experience highlights serious issues with their logistics and customer service. We are very disappointed with how this order was processed and would not recommend this location based on our experience.
