Lowe's Home Improvement

I love Lowe's. It's one of my favorite stores. But they don't do project cuts anymore. I had to do it myself with a hand-saw. Not ok Lowe's! But I made something cool with Lowes gutters that i cut myself.

I love Lowe's, it's great!!! I love creating and working with my hands that's why, I love going to Lowe's, you can find so many things there, from seasonal things, to cleaning things, to gardening and glue. My son and I are starting gardening so I went to get some plants that I can replant to grow and dirt and a pretty pot. But I always to way to much. So I left there $160.00 later. Lol. Crazy. Until next time. Oh, I didn't mention employees because they were no where around to help. That's sad.🥺

Horrible experience. This is why stores get closed down. The customer service was not there. I waited for over an hour for help. Nobody came to help me. I asked for help multiple times they called no one help'd I end up finding I think what I needed might not be the right part. We'll take it back if it's not right. This is why people order on Amazon and this is why stores does not get support. It would have been easier for me to just order all the stuff on amazon five minutes and I wouldn't have been done.Prime example also there was workers laughing and joking in walking past me which was very crazy I hope the store gets closed down might as well nobody's working any way also home depot. Came into the store to buy a deep freezer and couldn’t get a single worker to help us. Approached one and all he did was point me in the direction of where they had them. They weren’t busy helping anyone else. A bunch of lazy people not doing their jobs and just collecting paychecks.

This might be the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. Last week they loaded up the wrong pallet of material, then pretty much accused me of theft when I had to bring it back, until they reviewed the security cameras and verified their mistake. I ordered a pallet of block this morning and I still can’t pick it up 8 hours later. Nobody answers if you call, no matter what time it is. This has to be the most poorly managed and poorly trained group of employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Nobody seems to know what to do. I don’t blame the employees either, they follow the lead from the top down. If management sets a bad example and isn’t competent in their role, how can the staff be? If this is the face of what Lowes’s has become, it’s terribly unfortunate. I appreciate you reaching out. Let me t
