Lowes has horrible customer service and I will never shop there again. I received a secret Santa gift that was a tool I didn't need and it only sold at Lowes. I went to the store to customer service to get an exchange for something else. The customer service associate told me you need a receipt. I explained the situation and he told me the same thing. I asked to see the manager. He called him on the phone and told the manager the situation. I did not see or speak to the manager. The store was pretty much a ghost town on Friday December 19th 2025. The representative tell me the Manager said the same thing "no receipt no exchange " this is the store policy. Had to go find a person to help on several separate occasions. Eventually got someone over after a long wait and couldn't wait to pass me off to the Web site. But nice looking clean store. !!Update!! Went back to buy a fridge and other products absolute different results. Was helped immediately by a knowledgeable friendly woman named Elizabeth. Other people stopped us every step of the way to ask if we needed help. Awesome experience this time . Store still super clean and stocked.

Located conveniently off of route 110 in the "furniture district" this lowes is comparable to other locations. In does have a very large parking lot. Of course i couldn't find the item I wanted! But they are in full holiday mode with plenty of stuck full of in/outdoor decor!

I went all the way to this amazing store and even though is super far the customer service was unbelievable and kind I went to see the plants and I came back with a beautiful china rose that made my life brighter and better super super kind and professional I will definitely come back

some really good clearance in that respect a lot better than home Depot!!!! Last year I bought 3 10x14 sheds manager drop the price from 1200 Each to 450 for all 3 because somebody slightly hit with forklift!!!!! They all went together perfectly I banged the minor dings right out!!
