Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to Lowe’s and was unable to find what I was looking for. A gentleman named Rob stepped in to help and truly went out of his way. He even found a ladder and located what we were looking for. We found that the product was not on display, and he made sure I got exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I want to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Lowe's. We had an issue with a delivery and needed to process a return, and honestly we were expecting it to be stressful. But the team at Lowe's completely changed that around. They were patient, professional, understanding, and determined to fix the problem. Instead of making it complicated, they stepped in and handled everything efficiently. They truly went above and beyond, and we're so grateful for how they took care of us. It's rare to see that level of accountability and commitment. I went into this place probably about a month ago and I totally forgot to leave a review but this store is amazing. I will never forget when I had to come inside to buy some black screws that would be perfect with my black brackets to hang up. I seen this man named gorden a olderish sir but he was AMAZING he helped me to the best of his ability and it was perfect. Anyways Big Big shoutout to Mr. Gorden !!!!!

Rance was very helpful and was very kind to help us with the flooring decisions that fits our budget but still using good quality material. He is a true asset to Lowe’s!! Great choice having him as part of the team !!

Two stars because the manager attempted to be friendly, but overall, the customer service at this Lowe's was subpar. When I asked associates questions, they seemed frustrated and uninterested, as if they weren't there to help. Specifically, when I asked for plywood underlayment, one associate showed me the wrong product with a clear lack of enthusiasm. When I pointed out the mistake, his attitude became dismissive, and he told me it would take time to retrieve the correct product from the back because a forklift was needed. When I asked how long it would take, he brushed me off without providing a clear answer.
