Went in for a vanity today, in the back there was a gentleman at the register thing they have there, he told me he'd find someone to help me, I had to go find my own help, stopped another worker (Mike) and asked where I could get one of the wheel cart to fit a sink , he went above and beyond helped me find the cart, loaded the sink on it took it out to the truck and loaded it to, Thank you! I hope he gets recognition for being a great employee for this company,

Haven't been in the store and quite some time. I was definitely impressed with the discounted Christmas items they had today. I found what I was looking for with the help of two gentlemen who worked there. They were both very kind and informative. I do have to say I went up to do a checkout and the woman who was there to help me was not very helpful with the military discount button. It didn't seem to be working for me and she basically told me that I need to go home and speak to my husband lol! Maybe I am being a little too judgmental I don't know? I do feel like she could have given me more information. I will say that one person should not be the reflection of an entire store obviously. Everyone else was wonderful!

Christine at returns was so pleasant and helpful. She recommended us see Dave in appliances. We was sold the wrong washer and Dave made everything smooth and easy for us to get the right one. Highly recommend looking him up, for all your appliances needs.

Being a pro member, I’m going to speak on the pro team alone. Leah has helped me time and time again building quotes for multiple jobs. I have built multi-family, and single family residential for years and rarely do you find someone who knows the store itself and able to provide helpful and creative insight in planning your project. Leah is the best Lowe’s rep I’ve worked with and can’t speak highly enough of the help she’s provided me. If it’s not in the store she will work with distributors to get you what you need, and give insight into ways to lower costs and look after the customer. I will be back (a lot) and am so happy to have this squad as my home team. I bring a lot of positive energy to my work and they always seem to keep up with me, and in return have the same positive energy

We used to be big fans of Lowe’s. Not so much lately. The tile and flooring department are a mess, products aren’t where they belong or not labeled properly, there were actually products that belonged in different areas just shoved on shelves. When we did find something we were interested in there was no identification or price to be found . Finally got some help and were told the product wasn’t carried anymore but that the vender hadn’t taken care of it. Instead of making employees climb up for something you don’t carry anymore why not remove the product? With the amount of growth taking place and smart people doing their own up grades you would think this store would be ready for business but sadly not the case.
