Don’t waste money on their “installation.” My receipt clearly states that installation includes all required parts. After paying in full for the dishwasher nearly a month ago—and taking time off work to be here— the installer arrived only to say I must buy additional parts because of an “unusual setup” in my kitchen. In other words, required parts doesn’t actually mean required parts. This feels misleading and wastes time and money. REPLY When I asked about a refund, I was told I could get my money back but that Lowe’s wouldn’t even pick up the appliance — I’d have to drag it back myself. Buyer beware: Lowe’s just wants to sell you a high-ticket item, pawn the job off on a garbage subcontractor, and then wash their hands of it. Always clean, always seem to be stocked with anything im looking for. I've never come to this lowes and had anything short of a good experience. Like most stores of its kind. Finding an employee who is available isn't always the easiest. Not that this is a bad thing, it's just the nature of these stores. With that being said, if you're on a time crunch I would advise adding at least 15 minutes to your estimated time here. As you may not always get help In a shorter amount of time.

Feb; return the heater purchased 2 weeks ago as it really didn't heat as well as it stated, was more decorative then functional. Returning it was very easy and return counter was right at the front door. However could not find anyone to ask pricing as not all were priced. An assistant passing thru did ask if we needed help but also advised it wouldn't be him as he was leaving. No one ever came back to assist, surprise! Only Self-service checkout again, but they did have 2 friendly and helpful assistants there. Jan 2024; only because I had gift card, and needed an electric heater. Lowe’s sucks. Do not buy any of your appliances from them. My husband and I went and bought a washing machine and when we got it home and opened the box we immediately noticed that the panels were bent. One of the pieces was broken. This washer should never have been sold to a customer. 0/10 I wouldn’t buy a box of nails from that place. Edit: the freakin thing leaks too
