IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!! I HAVE SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH LOWES. THEY’VE GIVEN ME A DECENT EXPERIENCE. AS OF TODAY, I WILL AVOID LOWES AT ALL COSTS. I PURCHASED A GENERATOR TWO WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD TO NOT OPEN THE BOX SO I COULD RETURN IT. TODAY I GO TO RETURN IT AND THEY TOLD ME THERE IS A 48 HOUR RETURN POLICY. IF I KNEW THAT AT THE TIME I WAS PURCHASING THE GENERATOR, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT.

If you want anything besides a stainless steel appliance, it’s not in stock. However, you can order it and get it delivered the next day for only $80! What a deal! Otherwise you have to wait a week to pick it up at the store. If you’re able to have it delivered to my house in a day there is absolutely no reason why it can’t be dropped off at the store the next day so I don’t have to pay $80. This is what is known as “consumer fraud”.

Don’t buy appliances here. They come damaged, then when you call them to take the damaged appliance back you have to wait 2 days, they have to get it you can’t bring it back, and then wait even longer for your money back. Happy new year everybody, my resolution is hopefully Frankfort builds a different home improvement. Obviously Lowe’s throws your stuff around or something, and then won’t give $1800 back until days later (maybe) Yikes

Chuck is extremely helpful. My partner and I are new to some of the home improvement stuff and chuck came over and helped us learn all kinds of things, asked questions to better understand what we needed and guided us thru things to help us better understand. Amazing customer service from him

I would give negative if possible. Started out by having a third party delivery service, who showed up unannounced while not home. Upon my arrival home, found my $1100 tool box with scratches, dents, broken pieces. Called for a replacement. Was told replacement would be here Monday. Took off a day of work (even had an email on Sunday night confirming Monday delivery) only to receive another email Monday mid morning telling me it would now be Friday. And, the tool box received was the floor model from the actual store. How do I know...my daughter drew pictures in the dust on the tool box while we were looking at it in store. SAME BOX. When asked why I received a floor model, manager said that was normal. No, when I go online and purchase something new, NEW is what should be received. No one
