Tyler is SO helpful at Lowe's Frisco off Preston. We described the issue we have regarding the bathroom vent. It was supposed to be a simple project. We spent quite a bit time at Lowe's competition at first but it took a lot of time to find people for help; once we found someone it took a lot of time again to see if a solution can be rendered. We should've just come to Lowe's because people here knows their craft. Tyler helped us right away along with Doug. They BOTH helped us tackle the issue and helped us overcome the hiccup in God-sent speed. Thank you so very much, Tyler, Doug and the entire team at Lowe's. We appreciate y'all.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a door on Sunday and paid extra for delivery to be made the very next day (Monday). The Lowe’s app clearly stated it would be delivered by 6pm. That never happened. No delivery. No phone call. No text. No explanation. I had to call the store myself and was given the complete runaround. I was transferred to multiple employees who clearly had no idea what was going on, couldn’t give me a straight answer, and offered zero accountability or solution. Just passing me off to the next person. If you’re going to charge people extra for delivery, the bare minimum expectation is communication when you fail to deliver — especially when the app gives a specific time. We had to return a few items and we were really happy with the service this Lowe’s provided. Mary was awesome!!! Balram, Francesca and Pam were also very instrumental in our very complex return. Their service is a Tribute to HOW service should be delivered. They were patient, helpful and easy to work with. My wife Ellie and I cannot thank you enough guys!

Amanda saw me struggling to carry some items and offered to put them by a register while I went to get the actual product I came in for. I thanked her and told her I had recently fell on my arm and was only able to carry with the other arm. She got a guy to help me get the right O-ring I needed with the item I brought in. He was helpful, I don't remember his name. Then when I was checking out, Amanda offered to scan and bag my things. So sweet! Very helpful! Thank you
