I needed a few appliances and Gavin was incredibly helpful. I had placed an order online and things got confusing when I tried to swap out an item - but going into the store made everything much easier! Gavin was able to work with me to resolve my questions and get me set up with lovely new appliances. I've already recommended a few people go talk to him directly rather than order online. I bought a sewage pump from this location. Had to pay 3 grand to a plumber to come out to show me the pump had a bad switch and install a better quality pump. Tried to return the item 3 days later then refuse me and they give me a phone number that I have to call to speak to a robot to approve my refund and jump through hoops. Apparently a sewage pump is a major appliance has to be returned within 48 hours. I wouldn’t buy any major appliances from this place moving forward, god only knows what else they consider a major appliance. Will I drive miles further to buy my home improvement items elsewhere, absolutely. Multi billion dollar company can keep my money. You lost a customer. FYI I wouldn’t buy a vacuum cleaner from this location ether because the one I bought was returned and broken.

I came in on Thursday, December 4th to purchase a portable generator. Ben, who works at Pro Services, did a fantastic job in getting me squared away and helping work through some processing issues of the item. Ben has a great attitude, is knowledgeable, and an all-around friendly and personable gentleman. Management at the Lowe’s Front Royal should commend him for his service.

This Lowes was well stocked and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms, easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Not far from I-66.

They have everything we need! The staff are all very nice and helpful. This young man named Sean patiently helped me hand-saw cut my wood panel today. I really appreciated it!
