Don't buy your appliances here. I bought a wash machine, the third party they contracted for the delivery wouldn't even attempt to deliver it because they said if they scratch the washer I could file a claim against them. They also said they couldn't haul my old one away. The delivery person then tried to call lowes about the situation, no one would answer the phone. They then proceeded to tell me they were going to leave and call me when they had an update, which doesn't sound reassuring at all after spending close to $800 dollars. How can the delivery drivers Lowes contracted not even get ahold of them? I call the local Lowes. Lowe's Home Improvement-Galesburg has a phenomenal staff that assists clients in attaining their key home improvement tools, items, and materials to enhance their home. They are an excellent staff that cares about assisting their customers!

If you shop at Lowe’s in Galesburg, I strongly advise you to place your trust in Menards. The store manager, Kelly Jensen made a huge mistake on my account costing me, hundreds. After 20 hours of my life on the telephone, in that dirty store, and emailing, I am just eating it. I cannot imagine what she does to the elderly or younger couples that don’t know how to navigate business. She had no idea what she had done to my account or the types of payments that Lowe’s accepts, or even how to access my account after being the manager there for many years. This also affected my credit which I have worked very hard to maintain- I am a manic about my credit. But at least the manager got a laugh about it, I had to take a half day off work to come in and try and get this straightened out which she

The employees actually know their stuff in each department! Awesome holiday decorations, everything you can think of in a hardware store! I can spend hours in this store! Thanks Dad!

Terrible store, the managers and workers there are unintelligent and incompetent. If you need any help there is maybe 2 people at all times sometimes zero people available to help. If you need anything they always have to go to someone else. Probably some of the worst management I’ve seen across stores, you can tell that a lot of them do nothing and have no business being in charge. With that being said there are a few good workers that know what they’re doing. 0/5 stars if I could.
