I visited this store last Sunday in search of an indoor plant called Anthurium. I initially thought about ordering it online for pickup after Google showed it was in stock, but I decided to go in person to make sure I’d get exactly what was advertised. When I arrived, the store was very crowded. It wasn’t easy to get around - plants were placed in narrow paths, making it difficult to navigate, especially for anyone using a wheelchair. The entrance wasn’t clearly marked, and the layout made walking through the store a bit of a challenge. That said, they had an impressive outdoor section - a wide variety of healthy bushes, shrubs, pots, trellises, and more. Most shoppers seemed to be looking for outdoor plants and were happily loading up their carts. I was searching for indoor Anthurium plan

John Diaz has been a absolute saint helping us from figuring out the floor tiling, and when we almost couldn’t have the floor tiling we wanted, John went above and beyond to find it for us and did it! He even carried the heavy 14 packs of floor tiles into the car for us. He gave stellar service, I’d wish there was more than just 5 stars!

The stars are for the people that work there. The subtracting of stars is for the manager who refuses to honor the price listed. After asking to meet him/her. They finally agreed to the listed price.

I ordered a power washer on 12/31 it took over 2 hours to order. it was supposed to come in today took the day off to receive it. Never received any updates on delivery went to the store today and was told the vendor canceled the order. The assistant manager was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. He should be fired ordered the same exact item on amazon took 10 seconds no wonder retail stores are in trouble. Not going back anytime soon. Is there a ZERO?

Lowes online inventory is practically useless. Again drive there and out of stock. This is happening too many times to shop there anymore. Predictably i order from that big online place and it will be at my door overnight. The frustration is trying to support local retail and they drop the ball constantly. No help in the store and from the bottom up they don't seem care. They say they do but it never changes.
