I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Lowe’s Garner location, largely due to Chad, the Lawn and Garden Supervisor. From the start, Chad clearly did not want to be bothered. Instead of speaking with me directly, he relayed messages through the employee working the self-checkout. When I specifically requested to speak with him face-to-face, his attitude was dismissive and arrogant. He openly stated that he did not care about anything I had to say or show him on the Lowe’s app or website, and that he only cared about what was on his Zebra device. I can't believe the absolute lack of customer service I received from Lowe's after spending over $2,000 on a refrigerator. My fridge broke down, so I immediately purchased a new one from Lowe's. I filled it with groceries, and within less than 24 hours, it broke down too. I ordered a replacement, and they sent me a unit with a massive dent in the back, which clearly indicated the compressor was damaged. Not only was this completely unacceptable, but it also meant that the fridge was likely doomed to fail as well. To make matters worse, I spent $500 on groceries and beverages for the new fridge, only for them all to spoil and be thrown away when the fridge stopped working. I purchased a LG washing machine from Lowes with installation parts and service. My existing LG washing machine was about 12 years old and the motor and motor control failed. The replacement machine arrived safely and on time. The installation crew was polite and conscientious. They quickly removed the old machine as I had purchased recycling service. The BIG problem occurred when installers refused to install the new machine on the LG drawer pedestal( that was under the failed machine). They claimed it was against company policy. That means that the nearly 200 lb washing machine would have to sit on the floor. This placement made it nearly impossible for us to use with our back problems. Also there was no way we could even pick the heavy machine up and place it on the pedestal oursel

It has HORRIBLE customer service. On the other hand Tavion I think was his name helped us and had great customer service! But in the pics below had such an ugly attitude and seemed like it didn’t want to help. Like let’s put that same energy into doing your job right.
