Lowe's Home Improvement

We purchased a new $1300 Bosch dishwasher from Lowes 11 days ago. A dishwasher that was supposedly in stock. We then paid for a warranty, an install, and a haul off of the old one. We were told to expect an email or a call By Wednesday. Email came and said today 8-11. That came and went. We never received a call or email to verify. EVIDENTLY their third party didn't find us important enough to let us know it was 2-5. We took off work, for no reason. When i called Lowes, of course the store manager was not there. The assistant manager proceeded to put all the blame on THEIR vendor. Told me I should call them. This has been an exercise in futility, a comedy of errors. Not like a Fortune 500 company at all. It would seem it may warrant closing our two personal and one business account.

I was shopping at Lowe's in Greenville, Texas. I had questions regarding cabinets. One of your employees, her name is Avis. She works in Flooring, went out of her way to help me find what I needed. She was very kind and helpful and is a credit to your store. I wanted to say thank you. I ended up buying 10 cabinets

Went in for one thing and walked out with several new appliances. Everyone was super helpful and nice

They were out of one this I needed. I also had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to help get garage insulation down from the top shelf. After 30 minutes they bring the 1st machine over and it wouldn't go up...because no one had charged it over night. The young man had to go get find another machine. I was very aggravated.

Can purchase bulk gravel (off white or grey) at Lowes. $48 for 1000lbs or 9 cubic feet per bag. Cheaper than buying the small bags. ($6 for 50lbs) Lowes now charges a security deposit for the bags ($22). Can return bag for a refund. Plus 10% off for military.
