We went and got a bundle of shiplap and the majority of them were bowed. I wish they would check them and put straight ones out. We just finished our bedroom and it looks awesome!. The workers are always knowledgeable and friendly

As a veteran I have trusted Lowe's as veteran-friendly establishment. That is, up until now. My veteran credentials had always allowed me to receive a discount at Lowe's until my most recent purchase on 19 February, 2026. On this occasion, I went through the process, providing my phone number (as usual). The clerk said nothing indicating that I had not received a discount. However, on inspecting the receipt I noticed that no discount had been applied. What appeared on the receipt was: "military-personal use sale" and "item not eligible for discounts". Every time I have purchased this item at Lowe's I had received the Veteran discount. Now Lowe's appears to have changed the rules. Further more, I was told that the item in question was already discounted Thus, there would be no "additional"

I want to say a special thank you to Chuck. It was a pleasure speaking with him and he went above and beyond to help us find what we need. He even got my son a band aid for a busted knuckle from the day before. Thanks Lowe’s for the great staff and customer service!

Bought a storm door in Griffin back in May 2025. Once installed, the fun began. The latch arrived broken so the installer said he would get a new one and set up new installation date. After two months I called Lowes and they had changed contractors but did not notify me. After two more installations dates being cancelled for various reason, I told them to come get their door off my house and I would buy one at Home Depot. Within a week, they installed a new door. Yesterday, I received a Lowes Refund card and thought that was nice of them to give me some money for the 5 months of trouble I had with them. Just got off the phone with Lowes and the card has one cent on it. So Lowes spent money to mail me a company letter and plastic refund card and it is worth 1 cent. So to make me happy, they

Great customer service, was going to pickup a washing machine in store. changed our mind after she brought the 1 out to us we were going to get. and picked a cheaper 1 would recommend going to lowes
