Kyle from toolword is very helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped my mother and I when the other worker didn't know the peice we needed. He helped and was able to find the part for us. He's a great asset to this lowes location!!

I went here a couple weeks ago and bought a DeWalt shop vac. I was impressed initially with the friendly staff and general cleanliness of the restrooms and layout of the floor. That changed when I had to return the vacuum I bought because it leaked. All I wanted to do was exchange it, but their return policy doesn't allow for that. Instead, they refunded me the amount I was charged for the first one, then I had to go grab another one of the floor and purchase it. So because they refunded me the money from the first one, that means it's not going in my bank for a few days, and then I had to pay again! If I could give 0 stars I would. We rented a rug cleaner from here on Sunday 5/4/2025, when my husband brought it through the door I could already tell just by looking at it that it was very dirty! I took the dirty and clean boxes off and looked inside. I was disgusted to say the least! I then tipped the machine on its side and the bottom was FILLED with animal fur and built up DIRT! The picture I posted were after I already cleaned in SOME! Not only did I have to clean up someone else’s filth because apparently people are allowed to just bring back a dirty machine! BUT the Lowe’s employees should be required to clean them up every so often as well! That’s not all! Ordered Flooring mid November to have it installed by Thanksgiving. Was assured it was in stock and a delivery date was set. When I called to see what hours they would be coming between they didn’t have me on their delivery list. No one called me. No one called to to notify me. I called them to inquire why and they told me it was out of stock. Said they would try and get it for me as soon as possible . I called regularly and they kept leading me on for months. Told me they were going to get it from another store and have it shipped to their store. Every excuse in the book to try and keep me from going elsewhere. New system for drivers to pick up orders is absolutely asinine. I do not have time as a driver picking up multiple orders to type in a 20 digit number on a computer screen, with no explanations of what to do or how to do it? So I ended up leaving. I imagine going through the holiday season. You are going to get an infinite. Amount of drivers that come to pick up packages that come across. This archaic system and cancel and leave, causing another driver to come and do the same thing over and over all day long. I guarantee this will happen because when you're picking up a delivery, it needs to be convenient. I am picking up multiple orders from multiple restaurants and places. I do not have time to go into Lowe's And play with a computer just to maybe see what i'm picking up like.No whoever'
