Found my area rugs here and they are shimmer rugs that have a slight shine in the sunlight and also during the evening when the lights are on. I bought Triad Tranquility and Frosted Vision. I am putting new LVP by Trucore in Bristol Oak throughout my first floor. That's why I needed new area rugs with special felt padding to protect the busiest areas.

EDIT: If you leave a constructive review and Lowe’s responds asking you to call (like they did for me) don’t bother. It’s just a PR thing so they appear to care about resolving the situation. They didn’t offer anything new. They said they needed more details to which I repeated the original story and got the typical “sorry for the inconvenience.” Their customer service really is terrible. I recently decided to replace my stove. The closest Lowe’s with the model I wanted in stock was nearly an hour from my home, so I decided to drive 30 miles to pick it up. When I got home and unboxed it, I discovered it was severely damaged—damage that was clearly from being dropped and should have been obvious to anyone handling it. Came in to purchase a new propane cylinder and confirmed at self-checkout that someone would unlock the cage immediately after I paid. I even asked for them to page ahead to reduce wait time. After checkout, I waited outside in the snow for 20 minutes while multiple pages/radio calls were supposedly made — no one ever came out, no one checked on me, and no one apologized. Ended up returning the cylinder. Was told associates can’t leave their posts, which apparently makes this a normal occurrence. I’ve recently spent thousands here on a new home renovation and have many more projects ahead. Experiences like this definitely make me reconsider where I shop — even with the 5% Lowe’s card discount.

I purchased online an electric hedge trimmer from the Hatfield store on 9/1/2025. It was delivered today, but was missing a blade cover. When I called them to report the missing item, they told me that since the item isn't on their "shelf", I would have to return it in the original box and order another one online! I had tore up the box looking for the cover in all the crevices, so the "original" box doesn't exist! This was the only option they would give me. If this place was professional, they would have ordered me the cover and let me pick it up from their store, which I offered to do. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had missing or incorrect items from this particular store, but it will be the last!!!!!!!!
