I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s in Hope Mills. The washing machine leaks all over my floor and the dryer displayed a D80 error code on the first wash. When we purchased it, the clerk told us to call the store if there was any problem. We did and they just offered to send someone AFTER their 48 hour return policy timeline to ensure the machine was installed properly. Then they send delivery men who didn’t take the machines back, just confirmed the last guys set it up correctly. Waiting for this action negated our return policy timeline. We call the manufacturer, because Lowe’s says they can’t help us. We speak to a representative who says she will call us back with an appointment time. They didn’t. Lowe's has become my primary destination for all things related to home improvement and DIY projects. The Lowe's store in Hope Mills consistently impresses me with its cleanliness and organization; the aisles are always clean, and the shelves are neatly stocked with a wide variety of products. In my experience, around 95% of the staff members I've interacted with have been exceptionally helpful. On several occasions, team members have gone above and beyond by offering valuable suggestions and creative ideas while I was brainstorming for my DIY projects. Their insight has been incredibly useful. The poor customer service basically wasted my entire day. I go to the store knowing I'm going to invest time into finding an associate to help me, that happens every time I go there. Went this morning and walked around looking for help and after about 10 minutes found someone to call someone in the dept I needed help in. Went back and waited and still noone. So, ok, I'll order it online then so I don't have to waste more time in the store. Called customer service to ask a basic question about sheet vinyl flooring and the guy that answered the phone didn't even know what it was. I explained to him what it was and the difference between other vinyl flooring. He answered the question and thank God he transfered me to that dept bc, he was wrong. He knows nothing about anything in that

Lowes has it a huge inventory, getting to the items is not easy because some associates are more interested on their phones than customer service. Luckily, found customer service and cashiers Daniella and Neeya, both with open smiles and strong will to help. Also associate Juan, who some customers followed, patiently awaiting for directions because Juan was working hard while others were hardly working...
