If yall know Lowes you know what they offer, pricing, and stores. They rating is based on customer service and this store is outstanding. Very helpful, fast, and really good above and beyond in support. My go to spot for home improvement.

I had the blessing to meet really good sales representatives and assistance at Lowe’s all over North Carolina. But this one special group of salespeople led by manager Mary Sue Gibbons was amazing. I had back surgery and am limited to movement. I needed to buy floor Vinyl Planks for the whole house and then the Floor molding and quarter round. These guys under her guidance helped me get everything together Purchased and loaded for me. I could not say enough how grateful I feel. God bless you all

I’ve had several disappointing experiences with this Lowe’s - basic stuff like disinterested associates who don’t speak, offer assistance & sometimes seem to go out of their way to not be bothered. But I don’t post about those- customers can suck so I almost get it. But, I’m posting this time because I had what I think was a ridiculous situation unfold today. I ordered a large craftsman work bench & large 52” tool chest top & bottom for hubs for Christmas, over $1250 when incl shipping of work bench (no other choice available except shipping which sucked). I chose curb pickup & Lowe’s assembly. A couple delays on top part of chest, but all else was okay. Finally, all pieces of chest were there yesterday so we picked it up. Today, realized it was missing the thicker stabilizing mat that

Customer service department and manger were absolutely disgusting tonight. Terrible attitudes, for no reason at all, ridiculous made up policies, went out of their way to make things difficult after only wanting to return something. Literally did not want to do their job and had security follow me around. Then had a cop follow me most of the way home. This whole thing made me super uncomfortable. Makes me rethink wanting to ever shop here again. Lowes, you need to do better.
