Lowe's Home Improvement

Use lowes in Inverness for all my project needs. Had only one little mishap while using the delivery service though. My package was delivered to my neighbors. Honest mistake. Lowes was very apologetic and stayed on the phone with me when we retrieved our package. We'll definitely use delivery in the future when it is needed. The store itself is always clean and well maintained. The employees are always helpful and great attitudes when doing their jobs. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to all of our project needs. Sorry home depot. You pale in comparison to Lowes and they will always get my business hands down.

Love Lowe’s. So much woman friendly than Home Depot. I actually bought my kitchen cabinets there. They are Kraft Maid and are beautiful. I just wish there were more workers on the floor to help with purchases, but other than than that it’s a much better option than HD.

Clean, bright, great signage on aisle. Had everything that I needed. Not my usual LOWES. Pleased with my overall experience. Prices are crazy high for everything, but sign of the times we're living now¿¿ Had to make two trips inside for my very long list of NEEDS, then the wants second trip.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this location

Love that they support our veterans but you suckered me into buying 4 pumpkins - apparently this sign isn't by any 'harvest ' items. Embarrassed after holding up the line - i should have put them back but didn't.

My experience at this Lowe's location is not good. Staff is not helpful or quick, even when you ask for help or push one of the call buttons. On 1 trip, I was comparing induction ranges. They only had 2 and they were the same brand & same collection, so they looked exactly the same.
