I came in for mouse traps and ended up having a great experience thanks to one awesome employee. Henry helped me out, we chatted over a couple days, and he was just genuinely kind and helpful. Because of him, this will be my main Lowe’s from now on. Great customer service all around.

Great selection of tools. The staff are very friendly, I was in a bit of mess with a few online orders last summer and the in store cashier helped quite a bit to sort everything out. Their garden section is quite large but they scale down during the winter time. They are probably the only and biggest home Improvement store in the Keizer area.

I am writing about Lowes customer service and deliveries. I am a disabled senior who doesn't get out a lot and the weather is so rainy I couldn't go out today but needed some Flex seal paste to fix a leak in my carport shed wall before the next flood. I went on the local Lowes website . I saw the product and bought it . Then I saw delivery options . It showed that I could get FREE same day delivery ! WOW ! I scheduled that and it said it would be here by 2PM. It's been less than one hour and the delivery driver just showed up at my house . Its not even light yet. I can get the leak fixed right now . Best customer service i have ever had. I LOVE LOWES

I love Lowe's, so much nicer than "the other place". I went today and a woman asked me if I needed help. She picked up a 50 lb bag of sand, helped me at the register, hauled the sand to my car, put it in my trunk. REALLY great customer service !! Thank you!
