It's like every other Lowes. I used the Lowes app to find where stuff I was looking for was. It was accure, but sometimes it is hard to figure out what to search for, so you have to use a more generic term and then get to the aisle and search. I found everything I was looking for. It took longer than I expected, but I ended up detouring through the clearance plant section. I did manage to get out of the store without buying a discounted rose I liked. The only thing I didn't like is no human cashiers as self check out is a pita with an electric cart, but the person that was over seeing the self-checkouts grabbed a scanner and checked me out which I was greatful for. Mariah at the pro desk has been so helpful with getting the supplies for our renovation. It was refreshing to have an easy positive experience after having such a bad experience with Home Depot right down the road. I’ll always choose Lowe’s now!

I purchased a bed from the website, Before I did that I asked the sales person at Lowes if I had an issue what then. They told me they would come pick it up and deliver a replacement. After speaking with the manager Matt he informed me they "don't do that." I also called customer care and they confirmed that I could return it wait a month for a new bed then it would be delivered. So they expect us to sleep on the floor for a month until the replacement is processed and delivered. I filed a complaint and will be shutting down my business account....BAD BUSNIESS LOWES YOU SHOULDN'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

I purchased a great rated oven from Lowe’s. I paid all the upgrades to have the stove installed. It’s a stove that needed to be converted to propane. The installers can and installed when my wife was home. Shouldn’t be a problem. My wife calls the stove and oven aren’t working correctly. Crazy flames. Well they never converted it over. So I called and rescheduled to have them install it correct. They end up canceling due to bad weather. No bad weather in sight near us month way. So I have missed two days of work and they want me to miss more. Want to reschedule. They won’t do anything for me. I eventually called a plumber to do the job and put additional money towards this stove. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. They literally have installers that don’t even know or care about the differ

Went here to help my mom find a new dishwasher and my nephew is in love with riding lawn mowers and exploring the store! Customer associates were very friendly and helpful and joked with my nephew and gave my mom good advice about replacing her current dishwasher. Great location and great people here
