Lowe’s garden section on May 2nd? 10/10, would frolic again. It was like walking into a botanical rave—plants everywhere, and even a few rare cultivars that made my inner plant nerd do a cartwheel. Huge shoutout to Mark, who helped me pick the right plants without once judging my complete lack of decision-making skills. The man knows his foliage. I came in with “just browsing” energy and left with half a jungle and zero regrets. If you need plants, go. If you don’t need plants, go anyway—you probably do, you just don’t know it yet.

Well stocked store, with friendly, helpful associates. Wonderful to see the employees that are Veterans proudly identified with their vests. The local store is supportive of local first responders and other community groups. They only lost a star in my rating because they all but eliminated human cashiers. Not everyone wants to self-checkout. (but that's most places anymore)

Had an issue with them about the way they sold me in opening a credit card with them. I was miss lead to open a pro account to get interest free financing when it turns out I should have opened the other credit card they offered. The assistant store manager that helped find a resolution was fantastic along with the flooring manager. I am happy with the service they provided and that they were able to help ease the frustration i originally had. That store manager is lucky to have that type of management running their store!

Do not purchase appliances for delivery from Lowe's. Do you remember when delivery drivers would phone you the night before or while en route? Giving you a chance to explain something or ask a question? Well that process is a thing of the past, as Lowe's penny-pinches their way into abysmal customer service. Lowe's delivery and installation provider, RXO, out of Portsmouth VA - whom Lowe's has chosen, contracted with (including service standards, no doubt), and pays - is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a washer/dryer to be delivered and installed at my house in Duck. I thought I would be there at the time, but was unable to make it. Called Lowe's early in the morning re: our afternoon delivery, and they put me in touch with RXO's service reps. I provided a door code and explained tha
