I have such mixed feelings about Lowe's. Right now I am mad as hell and have to vent. I am currently on hold for my local store's appliance department - for 20 minutes so far. And this is typical. I swear Lowe's has absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. And I say that as a former employee (P/T 0ver 10 years ago). It is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone, and trying to get an intelligent answer out of someone in the store is not much easier. I have so many stories I could tell. I don't get it - I am TRYING to buy something from you! I am TRYING to give you money! And you people can't be bothered to even answer the phone! And yet I keep coming back, partly out of some kind of delusional loyalty as a past employee, I guess. (Up to 25 minutes on hold now btw.) Oh,

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I felt I needed to leave this one. We did a curbside pickup. We showed up and no one ever came out. My husband had to go in and when he did, the person that he spoke with was very rude to him and walked off. So then I went in and the next person was very helpful but I didn't understand the rudeness from the first one. I have been to this particular store before and never had any issues until today. I have an injured foot and did curbside because it's not easy to walk. We checked in on the app. No one came out. And we had to go in. There was no excuse for that type of rudeness. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review

Stopped by today looking for some Kerosene. Lawm & Garden is where I ended up and I ran to an Employee by the Name of Antonio and asked for assistance. He whooped out his pocket computer and said Aisle 4, Lets Go!! He escorted me to aisle 4 bin 25....EMPTY! Antonio said "NO WAY. Computer says we have them. Stay right here, Ill be back." In a few minutes Antonio came back with help. (I did not get Employee #2s name). They both searched high and low all over the store. After approx. 15 minutes I see Antonio round a corner with a box. He found what I was looking for. I then asked if there was any more and without hesitation, he went and got a lift and got another case of some far away top shelf. The whole ordeal took about 25 minutes beginning to end I am extremely grateful to have
