We shop often at the Lowe's located in LaPlata, Maryland. We recently purchased three large appliances. We experienced some issues with delivery and installation dates. The assistant manager, Anthony Taylor was extremely eager to assist us, and resolve our concerns. Mr. Taylor went above and beyond the normal call of duty. He exerted relentless effort to assist us in various ways. He extended superior customer service on numerous occasions during the entire process. We are truly grateful for his exceptional service and dedication. It is our sincere opinion that Mr. Anthony Taylor is indeed an asset to Lowe's.

Very happy with the quick service when picking up an online order. Shoutout to Brandi & Rodney for helping us load multiple (heavy) bundles of insulation into our truck!

Absolutely wonder place! Every single employee went out of there way to help, every employee that walked by said hello and asked if I needed anything! I live in South Carolina where it used to be like that, I was not expecting this treatment in LaPlata Maryland! The managers and the big wigs should be extremely proud of their employees at this location! Great job!

I had an opportunity to meet the manager, Ms. Cynthia at Lowe's located in LaPlata, Maryland. She assisted my husband and I with scheduling a delivery for a new refrigerator. Ms. Cynthia was extremely pleasant and very professional during our visit. She exerted every effort to provide the details regarding our purchase and delivery. She extended superior customer service and should be commended for being an exemplary employee. It is my sincere opinion that she is indeed an asset to Lowe's Company.

Generally, a good location to ship at - IF - you don't need assistance, which I typically don't. But the 1 or 2 times when I needed something to pulled from overhead, etc... There's no one willing to help. This latest instance, I went to customer service and asked that an announcement be made to send someone to aisle 5...she did that. No one came. I flagged down an associate and repeated my request for assistance, he said he'd be right back. 15min later, he never did. I asked one more associate, who answered that he would get someone. He did not. After over half an hour waiting - I left. The store was not busy in the least.
