Just brought in my Christmas light gutter holders unused in the box with full receipt . Yes I know it is passed Christmas but thet refused a refund. Just a heads up for everyone. Just because you have a receipt doesn't mean you will get your money back. At least at Lowes which was over priced anyway. UPDATE: Lowe's responded by saying they would look into this and I " should get in touch ". Then they add a generic 800 number ( no extention to talk to any management?)which i called and it is there basic phone recording. The bottom line is they are not looking into anything. There return post makes it sound like they will do something about my return to make them look good. Again, just because you have a valid receipt at Lowes doesn't mean they will return your money.
Had to get different can lights for my house that would work! This place had them. And they have a lot of cool household items and clothing. Worth checking out!
Refrigerator was delayed for delivery for 2 weeks, then not unboxed or installed, they just left! They forgot the plumbing kit for the ice maker and told us it would be another week before they would deliver it. We had to buy a new kit at the local hardware store and pay a plumber $150. to install it. Also, can't reach customer service due to AI trying to help me with products instead of connecting me to customer service after multiple tries!
I recommend that cashier staff verify valid military identification when customers request the active duty or veteran discount, to ensure the benefit is provided appropriately.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ordered a refrigerator through them, and was guaranteed a Saturday delivery date or Sunday at latest. Took the whole weekend off work to receive it and it never came. Was lied to by multiple people about delivery on weekends just to get me off phone. Was then promised a Monday delivery date just to turn around and say they don't deliver on Mondays either the day of delivery when I had someone waiting all day to receive it for me. STAY CLEAR!!!
